Rules and Policies


Looking for a comprehensive hair and scalp treatment salon? At our Hair Salon and Spa, all of our services are à la carte, meaning that you can pick and choose the treatments that are right for you. We require that all hair is washed and shampooed at our salon, as we specialize in hair and scalp treatments. Whether you're looking for a basic cut and shampoo or a complete hair restoration service, we've got you covered!


Non-refundable/transferrable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go towards your service.


Please consult with me before tampering with or removing any installation if you are not sure how to do so. I am NOT responsible for any damages done to your hair or extensions after you leave my chair.

NO CHILDREN or EXTRA GUESTS are allowed in the salon during your appointment.


Pictures are likely to be taken, please come photo ready. If you would not like pictures taken please say so, otherwise pictures may be posted at my discretion.

You are responsible for reading the following policy when booking your appointment.

All services are Paypal,Credit Card, Debit Cards, and Cash I do not accept any other form of payment.


No call, No show will receive no future appointment. There will be a fee of $25 if you are up to 15 minutes late. Please be considerate of everyone's time.


Dropping Hair

Hair must be received at least 3 days prior to your appointment, a week before if you would like coloring or custom wig services. If your hair is not received at before your appointment, there’s a $75-$150 same day fee, depending on the service.


Hair can be purchased on site at the salon.

If you would like to order hair or a wig in advance please purchase from Bundle Boosters

You are also free to purchase your own hair however ,I am not responsible for the quality of hair and how long your given style last or any shedding that may incur.




  • ALL appointments must be made 48 hours in advance to insure proper preparation of services

  • Before hours (6a-9a) & After hours (7p-9p) are available upon request plus a service charge of $50

  • Emergency appointments within 24 hours will be based on availability plus service charge of $50

  • A Late fee of $25 will be enforced after 20 minutes and subject to rescheduling

  • All cancellations must be done within 24 hours of appointment, or you will be charged half of the service amount.

  • Please book for all services when booking your appointment. You can always update it before your appointment.

  • All prices are Ala carte. (Each service is individually priced) including the wash and blow dry.

  • At time of appointment, please be ready to sit in the chair.  If hair still must be removed at the time of the appointment, it will be added to your services.

  • A full consultation and hair scalp analysis will be required once a year to upkeep with the overall health of the hair and prevent hair loss. (30 minutes).

  • After braid or sew in removal, clients are required to either get the Ozone scalp detox & exfoliation OR the Oxygen Steam Treatment. So please book accordingly.

  • ONLY braid clients will have the option to come shampooed. However, the hair and scalp must be clean, and the hair must be blow-dried straight NOT air dried.

  • Acceptable forms of payments? Cash, Credit, Debit or PayPal. No cash app, Venmo, Zelle, Google Pay or Apple Pay will be accepted.

  • You may start scheduling your hair consultation/hair & scalp analysis starting April 1st. All new clients are required to schedule a consultation/hair & scalp analysis along with their services for their first initial visit.

  •  All past clients have up to June 1st to schedule their consultation at their leisure.  After June 1st, it will be automatically added on as a service when you book.


I highly recommend scheduling for next appointment ahead of time because spots will be limited due to the new services.
